While she initially tried to prevenet Hustler Inc. from selling it, she’s now embraced it claiming she isn’t embarrassed by the tape.

“Then I just decided, if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em,” said Staub. “What am I left to do? This isn’t something I chose to have released, but it’s out there, and there’s nothing I can do about it.”
She said she even hopes her tape outsells one made by fellow reality star Kendra Wilkinson.
“I haven’t seen hers. I haven’t seen mine, either, but … if it’s going to do anything, I would hope it does better,” she said.
Is she worried what the other Housewives think?
Said Staub, “I don’t care what they say about me!”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star had her lawyer file a complaint for invasion of privacy and causing her and her young daughters emotional distress. Staub won, and a judge granted a temporary injunction against the tape. But the tape was released anyway!

Steve Zalewski, 27, is Danielle’s ex-boyfriend and also the man in the video. He claims that he has videos of them performing multiple sex acts, and has spoken openly about their sex life. He told,

“Not only does she want to have sex all the time, but she loves the thrill of doing it in public places, where she might get caught. She wanted to make love in restaurant bathrooms basically every time we went out — she’d get all excited and say, ‘The people can hear you doing it outside!’”
“I’m definitely weighing my options as far as selling them and getting them out there. She cost me so much money, why shouldn’t I make a few dollars?”
